How does it work?
You can shop here for yourself like on other web stores… OR you can have us send your selection to a friend or family member as a care package or gift box. We can even print out your note or letter and add it to the box.
All our products are made in Hong Kong, or at least very typical for Hong Kong.
How long will it take to reach ?
We process within 3 days of receiving your order and then use HK Speedpost for most countries (approx 4-8 days on the way) and SF Express for Macau, China and Taiwan (approx 2-4 days on the way). Find your tracking details in your dispatch confirmation email.

Cost of shipping?
You can find the cost when you’re checking out, before confirming your order.
No free shipping, but we only charge less than 50% of the regular shipping cost. No handling costs.
Can the package be sent to someone else as a present?
Yes, just click on the checkbox for “Deliver to a different address?” and you’ll be able to fill in that address.
Can I buy just a bit ?
The minimum order amount is hkd 200 (This is about aud 34, cad 33, eur 21, gbp 19, jpy 2700 or usd 26 )
Can I trust you with my email address?
We won’t share any of your data with anyone, other than the necessary info for processing your order with Stripe (payment) and shippers, and a once a year emailing to which you can unsubscribe easily.
How about returns?
We take great care to ensure your gift arrives looking great. If it doesn’t you can send the unsatisfactory item(s) back to us to have the option for a full refund or replacement(s). Unfortunately we cant refund the shipping cost.
Are all products here made in HK?
See the description. Most are. But due to high manufacturing costs, some are just designed or made for HK.
